FAQ

  • Do you offer a free trial class?
    YES! We offer one free trial class per child. A trial can be scheduled in a beginner level class, based on your child's current age. We require room for enrollment to schedule a trial class. Once scheduled, your child's spot will be held in the class until end of day on the scheduled trial date. Following the trial, if you would like to move forward with enrollment, simply stop by the front desk before you leave to finalize your child's enrollment and submit payment.
  • How do I know which class to select for my child?
    Our Preschool Age Gymnastics Program is for children ages 1 - 4 ½ years. All preschool age classes are co-ed. Children will enroll in a beginner level class based on their current age. Children age 1 - 2 ½ will enroll in a parent-tot class (Mommy & Me). Children age 2 ½ - 4 ½ will go independently into class with an instructor. Our School Age Gymnastics Program is for children age 4 ½ and up. We offer both School Age Girls Gymnastics and School Ages Boys Gymnastics. Girls will enroll in a beginner level class, titled Bronze1, based on their current age. Boys will enroll in our Boys Gymnastics class. The class title for all classes listed on our parent portal also lists the skill level for the class (Ex: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Elite). Each level has a specific set of skill requirements that must be mastered before moving to the next level.
  • When can my child level up to the next class?
    Your child's coach will update their online skill evaluation mid-way through the 8-week session (Week 4) and then again at the end of the session (Week 8) to reflect their progress. When your child is ready to move to the next level, you will receive email notification and your child will be awarded a medal at the end of class. You will then be required to check availability to schedule a class transfer to the next level. If you ever have any questions about your child's progress, our coaches are available to speak with in the lobby at the end of each class. All coaches also have a Premier Gymnastics email address if you would ever like to contact them directly to discuss your child's progress. Their direct email addresses are listed on our website in the "About>Meet our Staff" section.
  • What happens if my child misses a class?
    We offer makeup classes for any absences your child accrues during the session. We do not require notice of absence to receive a makeup token. Parents are required to check their child in for class each week on iPads located at our front entrance. Makeup tokens are automatically generated when a student is not checked in for class. Makeup tokens can then be scheduled following their absence. Makeup classes are not required to be scheduled within the same session as the student's absence. Makeup tokens remain valid for the entire length of your annual membership. If your membership expires, it will need to be renewed to schedule remaining makeup classes.
